The closing element (gate) adopts an elastic structure, which can automatically compensate for valve body deformation caused by abnormal loads or temperatures during operation. Therefore, the sealing is reliable and will not produce gate wedges.
The API6D flat gate valves produced by RTV Ruitong Valve are suitable for natural gas, petroleum, chemical, environmental protection, urban pipelines, gas pipelines and other transportation pipelines, as well as venting systems and steam storage devices. The flat gate valves are used as opening and closing equipment. There are three types of valve cover designs for internal threaded and socket welded gate valves. The first type is a bolt type valve cover, which is connected by a concave convex surface and uses stainless steel strip and flexible graphite winding gasket. Ring connection can also be used according to requirements. The second type is a welded valve cover, which is sealed by threads and welded, and can also be directly welded according to requirements. The third type is a self sealing valve cover, which is connected to the self sealing valve cover by threads.
API 6D standard. Forged Steel Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve The valve body is made of ASTM A105. It has the structural characteristics of a fixed ball, full bore, anti-fire, anti-static, and anti-flying valve stem. Its connection mode is EN 1092-1 D. And it has polish rod operation mode.
API 608 ball valve is used for the petrochemical industry pipeline media opening or cutting off, which is under the environment such as high temperature and high pressure, inflammable and explosive, corrosive and continuous operation, where require more requirements on valve sealing, material, corrosion. API 608 ball valve has a trunnion ball valve structure and floating ball valve structure.
The fully welded ball valves produced by Ruitong Valve have uneven stress distribution due to the same material as the pipeline. They will not deform due to earthquakes or vehicles passing through the ground, and the pipeline is resistant to aging. The sealing ring body is made of PTFE material with a content of 20% C (carbon), ensuring complete leakage free (0%). It has the advantages of maintenance free, no leakage, strong reliability, high safety, and long service life.
Ruitong Valve produces Japanese standard ball valves and Japanese standard flange ball valves.
Valve stem anti flying structure: When the medium passes through the valve, the pressure in the cavity of the valve body may push the valve stem out. To prevent this situation from occurring, a protruding structure is installed below the valve stem.
